We must take a strong, unwavering stand against corruption in our justice system. This is not just essential; it is our responsibility to ensure the integrity and fairness that everyone deserves. By advocating for transparency, supporting independent oversight, and protecting those who dare to speak out, we can ignite a powerful movement for change in our own backyards.

The justice system has been swallowing up regular citizens for decades with witch hunts and falsehoods, imprisoning our family, friends, and even our enemies. Demanding impartiality in our justice system means protecting those we disagree with as well. I’ve seen our prisons and I’ve seen the rot and ruin it leaves in its wake on families left behind. Being a survivor of the corrupt justice system was a profound and challenging experience that shaped my perspective on justice and equality. It was an experience that revealed the harsh reality of a system that often fails to protect the vulnerable and the families it impacts.

The children and families impacted by a corrupt justice system are often forgotten about.
